This international conference is a KARRC RAS initiative (Brazil, Russia, India, Canada, South Africa) to bring together researchers, innovators, experts, and practitioners to explore advanced technologies and strategies for addressing climate change challenges. The event focuses on how smart technological solutions — including digital tools, data-driven systems, IoT, and adaptive infrastructure — can help societies anticipate, adapt to, and mitigate climate effects while promoting environmental sustainability and resilience. It serves as a platform for sharing research findings, innovative applications, and best practices through keynote speeches, technical sessions, and paper presentations, fostering interdisciplinary exchange and global cooperation toward climate-smart solutions and sustainable environmental stewardship.
